Our Summer House
Are you looking for a minimalist, coastal retreat in the peaceful nooks of Crescent Head? Our Summer House is a newly designed home that is the perfect size to cater for families and groups alike, offering 3 levels with views to die for and the peace of being set backing a reserve.
From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with open, expansive living areas with plenty of seating for your stay to hang out on those quiet days. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the latest Smeg appliances, utensils and equipment you need to stay in and cook after a long day at the beach. Paired with an outdoor Webber BBQ and outdoor furniture on the deck overlooking the water, you have everything you need to entertain extra guests.
Our Crescent Home has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with timber floorboards, crisp white furnishings and ducted air conditioner. Each bed is pre-made with quality linens and beddings to make your stay easier; meaning one less thing you need to bring along with you for your holiday.
All downstairs bedrooms have sliding door access to the lower level deck looking out onto the reserve, perfect to sit and enjoy with a coffee after those morning wake ups.
Not only will you also have access to a private laundry featuring a Bosch washing machine and dryer, Our Summer House has both a bathroom upstairs and downstairs for ease of access for all guests. The property also includes usage of the lock up garage, so park up the car and enjoy the convenience of a short stroll to the village or the beach.

About the Property
Sleeps 10
We have 1 king size master bedroom and 2 queen size bedrooms, all with amazing views. There is also a kids bedroom with a single and double bunk bed and a main bathroom on the kids level. We sleep 10 in total.

With an entrance area that opens into the massive open plan living, lounge and kitchen areas, 3 separate decks, this house is an entertainers dream. Soak up the views in this tropical oasis, BBQ on the deck or relax in one of the loungers in the quiet on the deck.
Location
Walk to town and either main beach or back beach, or a short drive to the 4WD beach access with phenomenal views over the coast, you simply can't get any any better than this. Crescent Head is a great beach for the family with the river, patrolled surf beach (summer) and the perfect learn to surf waves nestled in a world surfing reserve.

What could be better than sitting in the expansive dining room, kitchen and lounge room watching the ocean, or relaxing on one of the outdoor decks as the storm rolls towards you?
